At Fragrance Prime, we aim to make returns as hassle-free as possible. Here’s everything you need to know about our returns process:
- Contact Us: Email us at support@fragranceprime.ca with reason for return & condition of the product to request a prepaid return label.
- Return Window: You have 7 days from the delivery date to request a return or raise a concern.
-Return Shipping Charges
- If the return is for personal reasons (not our fault), you will be responsible for both outgoing and return shipping costs. If your order originally qualified for free shipping, you will be charged for the return shipping.
- If you have already paid for initial shipping, you will only be charged for return shipping.
Refund Processing
- Refunds will be processed within 4-6 business days after we receive your product.
- A refund will be issued once the product passes inspection, excluding any shipping charges.
- Depending on your payment provider, it may take an additional 2-3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Restocking Fees
Unopened Products: If the product is completely sealed and in its original packaging, you will only incur two-way shipping charges.
-Opened Products: If you’ve opened the product (removed the plastic wrap), a 25% restocking fee will apply, along with two-way shipping charges, provided the product is not heavily used (limited to 2-3 sprays). All original accessories and packaging must be returned.
Non-returnable Items
No Returns: Testers, preowned or open-box perfume bottles, perfume samples, and vials cannot be returned.
Niche Fragrances: Only unopened and completely sealed niche fragrances may be returned.
Product Changes
We are not responsible for any reformulations or packaging changes made by manufacturers, and these do not qualify for returns.
Shipping Charges
Please note that shipping and handling charges are non-refundable unless we made an error with your order.
